Requirements
- ICAO 35 × 45 mm, mandatory since 1 Sept 2025 (the old 2 × 2 in square is now rejected).
- Passport Seva / mPassport digital upload: JPEG exactly 630 × 810 px, ≤ 250 KB.
- Plain white background; face must fill ~80–85% of the frame; taken within 6 months.
